Qx For Investors
Early stage startup’s need to overcome technological and market risk. They need to to answer whether it works & whether it will be accepted
Qx Audits were created by our founder Ebad Abid while conducting research in 2018 at the University of Birmingham on which strategic drivers lead a companies growth and the absence of which lead to demise. His research found one of the primary factors that led to a product companies demise was the lack of quality and experience governance. While every product company reported quarterly financials and roadmaps almost none of them reported on their quality. It was observed the most successful product companies had board members who actively tested newly delivered features.
For non-technical board members Qx Audits provide structured independent reporting on product quality and experience that can be measured over time.
1. Initial Audit
A Qx Audit is an independent audit that assesses a products defects and overall experience. However, they go above and beyond and provide both a problem clarity score and solution clarity score. How well is the problem being addressed by the product, how clear is the value being realised by the product.
2. Remediation
Qx Audits are concluded with a formal report similar to a Pentest report highlighting prioritised issues and holistic recommendations any organisation can follow.
Early intervention from findings can help product companies steer back on track and help leadership teams understand investment in technological debt and or user experience.
3. Timeline
Qx timelines are generated by conducting a series of independent QxAudits at the end of every quarter. A Qx timeline visualises a products defects and overall user experience and how its changed over a period of time.
Is your investment contributing to a better or worse product?
4. Verified
Since its inception, QX Audits have become an integral part of many enterprise procurement processes, as in todays age usability is almost as critical as functionality. Our Qx Audit help assess a whether a product is feasible for consumption and delivers the desired outcome.
Independent Qx Certification also helps streamline through procurement.
